Item was removed from a working SmartThings system and performed very well. Item is in good shape and has been factory reset and ready to pair to a new SmartThings hub, once buyer slides off cover and removes the blue tape from the included Cr2450 battery. (Note: Buyer will need some small pieces of double-sided adhesive tape for magnet and sensor, as the original tape was no longer usable). Item is packaged and ready for immediate shipping.
Factory reset procedure can be re-done by inserting a pin in small hole at side until orange LED light changes to a red and green blinking light.
