Inland MiniPhaser temperature controller.  Inland makes a wide variety of quality products for stained glass, and this controller is no exception.  The Mini Phaser temperature controller allows you to work at a comfortable pace by restricting the temperature that the iron can achieve.  A temperature controller is useful for any project that requires less heat, like decorative soldering or soldering lead came.  A 0-100 dial regulates how much power is getting to the iron, so it determines how hot it can get.  Having a controller on your soldering iron is also handy if you need to stop soldering for a short time.  You can just turn down the dial to allow the iron to stay warm, but not hot enough to damage the tip.  When you're ready to start soldering again, just turn up the dial, and the iron will heat up much quicker than if it had been unplugged completely.  The controller is capable of handling up to a 600 watt iron, and accepts a standard 2 or 3 prong plug.  We have a number of soldering irons that we use on a regular basis in our studio, and it's handy to be able to use the same controller on all of them!   See our eBay store for this controller bundled with a soldering iron at a great price.  This temp controller is Inland model 60014.
