PICTURES: Taken outside in full sunlight. The last picture is the bottom of the stone.ORGIN: Unknown, but best guess is China or southeast ASIA. Cabochon is the Jadeite variety of the two jades.
DYES AND ENHANCEMENTS; Checked out this cabochon with a Chelsea calcite color filter and detected NO dyes were used on or in the stone.

Cabochon description; COLOR; Sage green CUT; Free form oval shaped with a high dome. Very good translucency. POLISH; Satin finish front and back with an edge bezel on the bottom edge. INCLUSIONS; A couple of small matrix spots along one edge. Fractures: None seen
